Book this session →Rachael Waters is an AI educator, speaker, and curriculum developer based in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is the founder of AI Life Labs — a platform built around one belief: that practical AI skills should be accessible to every professional and entrepreneur ready to stop experimenting and start operating strategically.
Before building AI Life Labs, Rachael spent 16+ years inside some of the country's most complex organizations — 11 years at Entergy (Fortune 500), consulting at Deloitte (Big 4), and working inside Raytheon's Cybersecurity division (Fortune 100). She has trained professionals from entry-level through C-suite, and consulted directly with executive leadership on strategy and risk.
She holds a Master's in Engineering Management and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of New Orleans — and she brings every bit of that background into rooms where everyday people are trying to figure out what AI means for them.
Real feedback from real rooms — workshops, podcasts, and sessions across New Orleans and beyond.
This was amazing. I didn't know we could do all of this with AI!
I was copying and pasting content between multiple AI tools to check my work — and Rachael taught me how to automate that entire process by building sub-agents as credible validation checks.
The toolkit that was provided made it even easier to follow along and work through the exercises.
My team of financial advisors could truly benefit from this.
You are a great public speaker. I'm so proud of you.
I learned how to use AI to optimize my career — and I want to stay connected for internships and mentorship opportunities.
This is not about knowing more about AI. It is about how you show up — as the professional who sees what is coming, builds the system to meet it, and leads others through it with confidence.
You walk into every meeting as the person who already knows what is shifting — and has a plan for it. AI stops feeling like pressure and starts feeling like an edge only you know how to use.
You stop jumping between tools hoping something sticks. You build one intentional workflow — rooted in quality improvement principles — that makes your output sharper, your decisions faster, and your time yours again.
When AI comes up in the room — and it always does now — you are the one with the answer. Not because you know everything, but because you know how to think through it. That is a different kind of credibility.
The professionals who thrive in the next five years will not be the ones who waited for permission to use AI. They will be the ones who built the competence early — and brought others along with them. That is exactly what we build together.
Practical perspectives on AI, strategy, and what it actually means to build a system — not just a habit.
What changes when you stop treating AI as a feature and start treating it as infrastructure.
