Meet the Founder
Rachael Waters is a Client Success Manager in the risk and compliance enterprise software industry and the Founder of AI Life Labs, where she helps professionals and students leverage AI for career growth and real-world impact. She brings over 16 years of experience, including 11 years at Entergy and 5 years in risk, compliance, and software consulting.Rachael holds degrees in Accounting and Engineering Management and is currently a Ph.D. candidate focused on AI risk management in enterprise software implementation. She also serves as President of the New Orleans Professionals chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers and is passionate about empowering the next generation to succeed in an AI-driven world.Through AI Life Labs, Rachael partners with organizations, educational institutions, and leadership teams to design and deliver tailored AI training, workforce development programs, and implementation strategies that prepare people not just to adapt to AI—but to lead with it.
